Thèmes de Recherche.
Membre de l’équipe BCBS, je m’intéresse aux activités biologiques de peptides pouvant impacter les pathologies du syndrome métabolique. Ces travaux In vitro et in vivo me conduisent à examiner les procédés enzymatiques de génération de ces molécules et à transférer les connaissances acquises vers la valorisation de coproduits, notamment issus des industries de transformation marines.
