Mes activités de recherche consistent à l’exploration et à la caractérisation d’effets anti-inflammatoires observés sur des macrophages murins. Cette thématique s’inscrit dans le cadre de la valorisation de produits alguo-sourcés d’intérêts thérapeutiques ciblant des pathologies chroniques liées à au vieillissement et au comportement (sédentarité)
