Thèmes de Recherche.
Mes travaux de recherche visent à comprendre l’écologie des microorganismes associés au cycle du méthane dans les environnements littoraux, tempérés et polaires. Je m’intéresse en particulier à l’impact que les perturbations liées aux activités humaines ont sur les services écosystémiques assurés par ces microorganismes.
Pour ce faire, je combine des approches expérimentales in situ et en laboratoire afin de tester la réponse de la communauté microbienne face à diverses perturbations environnementales.
