Fonction : Adapter et mettre en place des processus d’élevage ou de maintenance de lignées animales au laboratoire.
Responsable de la gestion du marais de l’Houmeau et des différentes salles aquacoles du laboratoire LIENSs en appliquant la réglementation en expérimentation animale.

Plateau technique de rattachement : Ecophysiologie, Marais expérimental de l’Houmeau

Activité au sein du Laboratoire :

  • Entretien des systèmes d’élevage/d’acclimatation, contrôle de la qualité de l’eau et suivi des lots d’organismes (nourrissage, soins, biométrie…),
  • Préparation, suivi et biométrie des lots expérimentaux,
  • Participation aux expériences liés à ces lots expérimentaux (mesure de croissance, de performances physiologiques : tests de nage, tests de respirométrie,….) et au traitement de données
  • Dissection et prélèvements d’organes pour le suivi de paramètres biologiques (activités enzymatiques, génomique, …)
  • Logistique expérimentale à travers l’entretien d’appareils expérimentaux (respiromètres, tunnels de nage,…),
  • Responsable du bien être animal
  • Application de la réglementation en expérimentation animale

    Activité au sein du Marais :

  • Entretien du site.
  • Gestion hydraulique des différents bassins.
  • Réhabilitations des systèmes d’élevages sur l’exploitation
  • Elevage et maintien des différentes espèces aquatiques.
