Nouvellement arrivé dans l’équipe, je vais développer une thématique centrée autour de l’étude des champignons marins et de leurs rôles dans le fonctionnement des écosystèmes selon plusieurs axes. Une partie de mon travail sera dédié à la caractérisation d’espèces marines encore inconnues, isolées de différents compartiments, et à leur mise en culture. Je vais également développer des approches de DNA/RNA barcoding pour contribuer à déterminer la diversité et l’assemblage des champignons dans les écosystèmes littoraux. Enfin j’envisage de développer une étude des interactions biotiques dans lesquelles ces organismes sont engagés.
