Etude des conditions environnementales sur des dysfonctionnements métaboliques et en particulier sur des activités enzymatiques , par exemple de type protéasiques ( environnement tumoral, syndrôme métabolique…. ). Recherche de molécules bioactives (ex : anticancéreux) à partir de biomasse issue de l’environnement terrestre ou marin.
