Thèmes de Recherche.
Mes recherches portent sur les effets que les contaminants ont sur les mollusques marins dans une perspective transgénérationnelle et évolutive. Dans ce cadre, je mets à profit les nouvelles technologies de séquençage pour étudier les mécanismes moléculaires de plasticité en réponse au stress, tels que les mécanismes épigénétiques – chez l’huître, pendant ma thèse – ou la réédition de l’ARNm chez la seiche dans le cadre du projet ExcelLR RNAsep2, au LIENSs.
